Cookie and browser storage policy
This notice explains what is stored in your browser and how visit statistics work on Bumba Group sites (bumbagroup.com and its product sites). If a site uses something not listed here, it describes it on its own privacy page.

Necessary (always on)
What the site and the features you use need is stored in your browser: your cookie choice (bumba-cerez), your language and theme, a session cookie on sites with sign-in, game progress and settings, achievement badges, and choices you make for the site to work (e.g. a comparison list). Apart from the session cookie, none of this is sent to our server. It stays until you delete it or clear your browser data; the session cookie is removed when you sign out or when it expires. As these are part of the service you asked for, we do not ask for your consent; the legal grounds are KVKK art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Statistics (only with your permission)
For visit statistics we use Umami, running on our own server (Istanbul); Umami sets no cookies. If you allow it, on each page visit and on some counted actions (such as changing language or theme, searching, joining the mailing list or earning a badge) your browser sends: the page visited, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and IP address. Your IP address is not stored; only the country, region and city derived from it are kept. Your visits are grouped under a session ID that does not identify you and is renewed regularly; your name, email or account is never sent. The data is not sold and not used for advertising. The legal ground is your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1); without it, Umami is not loaded at all.
Retention and transfer
Statistics are kept in our own database. Database backups are sent every night to our backup provider's servers (Cloudflare R2) and kept for 30 days.
Changing your choice
You can give or withdraw permission for statistics at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in each site's footer. If you clear your browser data, your choice is cleared too and the site asks again. When this notice changes, its version date is updated and sites ask for your choice again.
