Mailing list privacy notice

This notice explains how we process your data when you join the mailing list of a Bumba Group website.

What we process

Your email address; which website's list you joined and in which language; the date and time of your consent, the page where you gave it and the version of this notice; the date you confirmed and, if you leave, the date you unsubscribed.

Why

To send you news and announcements of the website whose list you joined, and to be able to prove your consent and your unsubscription.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given with the checkbox on the form and confirmed with the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in).

Who we share it with

Emails are sent through Resend, Inc. (USA), an email delivery service. For this purpose your email address is transferred abroad; your consent covers this transfer. The list itself is kept on our server in Istanbul. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as you stay on the list. When you unsubscribe you no longer receive emails; records of your consent and unsubscription are kept for three years and then deleted.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object; write to bilgi@bumbagroup.com.
